Chris had originally said that the job was probably going to take about 3 weeks, and when all was said and done I think it was a 2 week job, start to finish. And, he promised us it wouldn’t interfere with our daily routine, and he made sure that the dumpster was set off to the side so it didn’t block the driveway, and his guys were just terrific. You wouldn’t even know they were here. They came in, they did their job, at the end of the day the place was clean, there were never any problems getting in and out of our driveway, so in that regard he kept his promise.
We have had work done for many different things in the house, with different contractors. You meet a lot of people and think ‘no, not going to trust them with my house, don’t want them to come in.’ But with Chris, it was different. I think just his personality didn’t make you feel rushed when he came in, he went over stuff with you. He didn’t make you feel like you were bothering him when you had tons of questions. And, just real personable, easy to work with. And his workers also, everyone is kind and nice, no issues.
I got the feeling that Chris was not trying to nickel and dime me. He said, this is the job, this is what we’ll do … I certainly felt that anything that was associated with the outside of the house, he was going to take care of it, and he was going to do the right thing. And at the end of the day, he did. I felt like I got my money’s worth. And in today’s environment, that’s important. With Chris, I was confident, I trusted him, and I felt the job was managed professionally. I can’t say enough about a job that was this expensive, and how well that it was done. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome of the work.
